Coming of Age
- participants are youth in the 8th and 9th grades
- meets from January through May both at church and at community locations
The Coming of Age program is a spiritual journey of self-exploration with guidance from volunteer member facilitators and mentors. The curriculum and activities allow each youth to take a deeper look at what Unitarian Universalist Principles and Sources mean to them personally. Coming of Age marks the end of structured Religious Education classes and prepares the participants to enter into the youth-driven YRUU program.
