Journaling Group
Need something beneficial for your mind and heart? Yearn to clear your thoughts and be present? Want to re-acquaint yourself with you? If so, try Journaling. Chalice UU will be offering Journaling on Zoom every Thursday from 7:00-8:00 P.M. beginning July 2 and ending August 27.No requirements; no expectations except a notebook and a pen.
Drop in once or come regularly.
Journaling will be facilitated by new Chalice member, Barbara Jimerson. After she retired from teaching middle school/high school English, she was hired as a Journaling facilitator for Pure Recovery, an Oxnard-based, privately-owned organization for substance abusers as well as brain-injured professional athletes. Barbara’s Journaling groups include a variety of journaling prompts which help people with self-examination and self-acceptance.
