Emergency Room Physician Bill Honigman (Dr. Bill) will present on how healthcare reform should work for U.S. citizens.

Honigman is California State Coordinator and Greater Orange Co CA Chapter Leader of Progressive Democrats of America.  He is also co-coordinator for People Demanding Action Healthcare Human Right Issue Organizing Team; and an Orange County co-coordinator with Campaign for a Healthy CA.
