We are very proud to present the award winning documentary Bidder 70 followed by a discussion with Vincent Pawlowski, board member of the Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth and eye witness to events documented in the film.

Bidder 70 centers on an extraordinary, ingenious and effective act of civil disobedience demanding government and industry accountability.  In 2008, University of Utah economics student Tim DeChristopher committed an act that would redefine patriotism in our time, igniting a spirit of civil disobedience in the name of climate justice.

Follow Tim, Bidder 70, from college student to incarcerated felon. Redefine justice for yourself. Choose your side.

“I witnessed Tim DeChristopher’s trial and sentencing.  His passion converted me from witness to participant when I joined twenty-five of his friends in principled non-violent civil disobedience after his imprisonment.” – Vincent Pawlowski
