The poet Rumi wrote: “Raise your words, not your voice, it is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.” The possibility of words to enchant, to nurture, to grow, cannot be denied. In this service, poets from our congregation reflect on the meaning and possibility of words to evoke and influence change.
