Our Mission: Wisdom exploration empowers and supports people of all ages to create a world of love, justice, and compassion.

What is Wisdom Exploration?

Wisdom Exploration, or WE, provides engaging programs for all stages of life. Everyone’s faith journey is a unique experience. Being able to discover the many ways those journeys can twist and turn is much more enriching–and fun!–with a community of peers.

  • WE Grow – Youngest children through early/mid elementary ages. This is a young one’s introduction to community and UU values.
  • WE Wonder – Older elementary and middle school youth. This is a time to explore the world around us, including other religions using the Crossing Paths curriculum.
  • WE Quest – High school youth. A rite of passage for UU youth is Coming of Age. COA is a time to explore personal beliefs and values.
  • WE Thrive – Adults of all ages. There are opportunities for meditation, connection, and small group ministries.

First Sundays: Our Shared Values

We explore our Unitarian Universalist values through art, games, music, and conversation.

Second Sundays: Justice Sunday

Love in Action is important to our faith. Supporting our wider community is an all-ages activity.

Third Sundays: Kindness Crafters

This is a time to practice random acts of kindness, spreading joy however we can.

Fourth Sundays: Sunday Funday

Let’s build relationships by having fun! These are memories that will last a lifetime.

Fifth Sunday: Maker Space

We provide the supplies, you provide the imagination. What amazing thing will you create today?

WHAT TO EXPECT ON SUNDAYS

  • Sunday Service – 10 am (lasts 60-75 minutes)
  • An important part of Sundays is being together in a faith community– and that includes families! Children and youth are welcome to stay with their families for the entire service or to participate in the WE programs upstairs. We welcome everyone to do what feels comfortable for you and your spirit.
  • Families begin in the service together. After the time for all ages, children and youth are led by the lamp of love to their WE programs.
  • All WE program staff and volunteers are screened through Live Scan and have received training as mandated reporters.
